Completely got me out of a fix. PC wouldn't start. Phoned home computer repairs and they collected it and returned within 5hrs. Not only was my PC working but it was a lot faster than before with a better anti-virus, Kaspersky - apparantly Norton 360 is pants. Have recommended to all my friends and family.
